The project modernizes the company portal of FQT, which offers background-check services, notably for hiring. The platform lets FQT manage its corporate clients effectively. Those clients can submit investigation requests and follow their progress.

The portal offers a simple, efficient and secure interface thanks to two-factor authentication. Requests can be made in three ways: an integrated paper version, a semi-automated mode with a manual signature, or a fully computerized flow.

Fully compatible with every platform and device type, the portal also includes a mobile application for candidates. That app reverses the process toward the candidate and improves overall performance, notably through legally valid electronic signatures and photo capture.

The platform handles automated or manual processes, speeding up the work and the production of an automated preliminary report. Invoicing, credit-card payment and the transfer to the accounting system are automated as well, so the company can improve its performance and profitability.
