Contact investigation

The project puts a company portal into service. CI offers background-check services on an individual, including checks related to rental housing (pre-rental).

The platform lets them manage client companies effectively. Those clients submit investigation requests and follow them on the portal. The site is simple and efficient, and it is also secure thanks to two-factor authentication. Requests can be completed in three ways: on paper and then integrated, automated with a manual signature, or fully computerized. The portal works across operating platforms and device formats. It also includes a mobile application for the candidate. CI and its clients can reverse the process toward the candidate and raise performance, including legally valid electronic signatures and photo capture.

The platform also manages several automated or manual processes, so work moves quickly and a preliminary report can be prepared automatically. Invoicing, credit-card payment and the transfer to the accounting system are automated.
